PurpleRage.com is an online service of Purple Rage Limited, a company located in Malvern, United Kingdom. Purple Rage also maintain a number of other domains which hereon will be encompassed by the term PurpleRage.com. These are purplerage.it, purplerage.biz, purplerage.net, purplerage.org, purplerage.info and ragepurple.com. Your use of PurpleRage.com will be subject to the terms of this Terms of Service PurpleRage.com Agreement. This agreement may change from time to time. Use of PurpleRage.com after a change will subject you to the new terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS DO NOT USE PURPLERAGE.COM AS VIOLATION OF THE TERMS CAN LEAD TO LEGAL LIABILITY.
Participation and Conduct
During the term of this Agreement, Purple Rage Ltd grants to you a terminable, at-will, non-exclusive license to use and display PurpleRage.com, and to download materials available through PurpleRage.com, all solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not transfer, assign, sub-license, lend, or re-sell the rights granted under this license. You may link to PurpleRage.com provided explicit permission has been given, in writing, and signed by a senior company officer. Note, URLs to which you link may change or become inactive at any time in our sole discretion. Any use in violation of these limits shall constitute a violation of the terms of this license. Absolutely no framing of the site is permitted.
You may participate in any forums or messaging threads offered through the PurpleRage.com, but you agree not to post any material the content of which (i) is defamatory, libelous, obscene, indecent, abusive, threatening to others, or in violation of any law; or (ii) infringes the copyright, trademark right, or other intellectual property right of any third party. Indemnity

This Agreement states the entire agreement between the parties with respect to PurpleRage.com, and all prior or contemporaneous agreements are merged herein and superseded hereby.
